Professor Dimitry Kochenov (Faculty of Law at the University of Groningen and this year a fellow at Princeton) will give a talk this Friday (9/25) at 1:30pm on the 4th floor of the GEC as part of the CES speaker series. He will be speaking on the principles of citizenship in the European Union. Professor Kochenov has published widely on EU law and citizenship, and he also has a lot to say about European and Russian politics more generally.
His talk is entitled “Citizenship without Duties.”
