At noon ET on Friday, November 19th, Professor John Cortes is the Minister for Education & Culture, Environment, Sustainability, Climate Change, Heritage and Public Health for the Government of Gibraltar.
Professor Cortes will set Gibraltar in context, talk about politics and the environment in a small jurisdiction and end with a discussion of why he thinks there should be scientists in politics.
His is entitled “Effective Government and Environmental Governance in Small Territories”
