TAM students enjoyed a wonderful trip to DC over fall break this year. On October 17 and 18, they enjoyed visits to the World Bank, the Irish Embassy, the US Department of State, the Bertelsmann Foundation, the European Parliamentary Liaison Office (EPLO) and the Delegation of the EU to the US. We also met with a TAM graduate at the Delegation who works for the US Department of Energy. TAM grads working at the EPLO, World Bank and State Department joined these sessions. Our stop in the State Department’s Operations Center was very exciting! Many of our DC-based TAM alumni came out for our mixer on Thursday evening. And one flew in from Amsterdam to attend! Another graduate, who works at Lewis-Burke, was kind enough to host this event in their offices. Center administrators also met with the TAM Alumni External Advisory Board. It was a wonderful trip overall! We are grateful to our grads for all they do to keep the program strong and relevant!
