Sarah Hutchison, PhD
Sarah Hutchison has served as TAM Associate Director since 2002. She enjoys helping TAM students choose the courses, internship and job opportunities, and European partner sites that best fit their interests. She earned her PhD in Comparative Literature from UNC in 2003.

Katie Shanahan Lindner
Advisor, Contemporary European Studies Major (EURO)
Katie Shanahan Lindner oversees the daily operations of the Center for European Studies. She also serves as the advisor for Contemporary European Studies majors, many of whom enter either the dual BA-MA program with TAM, or apply for TAM while completing the major. Katie is an alum of the first TAM class in 1999, and went on to work in Germany for sixteen years after studying at TAM’s partner site Humboldt University in Berlin.
