Professor Mitchell Orenstein to speak on November 1st at 12:15pm

Professor Mitchell Orenstein will give a talk in our TAM Friday Lecture Series on November 1st at 12:15pm in GEC 3009. Please join us! The talk will be entitled “The Lands in Between: Russia vs. the West and the New Politics of Hybrid War.”
Professor Orenstein is Professor of Russian and East European Studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Fellow of thw Foreign Policy Research Institute’s Eurasia Program.
