Professors Liesbet Hooghe and Gary Marks hosted a retirement party for Professor John Stephens. Professor Stephens has served as the Director of the Center for European Studies for the last 17 years and has taught in the TAM Program since its start in 1998. He will retire in July of this year and will be sorely missed.
